Jenna Lopez
Jenna Lopez is a lifelong resident of Flagstaff, Arizona, bringing nearly 14 years of experience in the medical device industry, where she specialized in customer relations, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Her diverse professional background also includes work as a licensed realtor, and service as a certified EMT, reflecting her dedication to both business excellence and community care.
Jenna is a QuickBooks Certified Pro-Advisor and is currently pursuing her Enrolled Agent designation to become a licensed tax preparer, while simultaneously working toward a Ph.D. in Psychology. Her multidisciplinary expertise allows her to approach challenges with both analytical rigor and a keen insight into organizational dynamics and client needs.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Jenna enjoys spending quality time outdoors, traveling, and finding adventures with her husband, son, and dogs- maintaining a well-rounded and active lifestyle.
Alexandra Russell
Coming from upstate New York and moving to Arizona about 6 years ago, accounting was not on my radar. Originally, I had been a teacher for nearly 8 years and obtained my Bachelors in Elementary Education at Arizona State University graduating top 20 in my class with a focus in English literacy with reading endorsements for K-12th grade. Eventually having 3 kids at home and 30 in the classroom it’s natural for burn out especially in a high paced environment like a classroom. Knowing that a burnt-out teacher and mom does no one any good, I searched further for an opportunity to do something I had never done before.
I was hired on to the KML Team after expressing to Kim my need for organization, admin support and something that allowed me to branch out and use my teacher brain for something other than teaching. I quickly went from helping kids to helping small businesses in and outside of the Flagstaff area. It was an exciting way to get to know the businesses and people who trust us to take care of their finances. I’ve been with KML for about 2 years now and I continue to grow and learn in the field of bookkeeping every day. Being in Flagstaff one week a month and working remotely the rest of the time has allowed me to see many of our clients in the office face to face. I will continue to do my best work with KML for all our clients.
